Edible Landscapes and Permaculture
Without food where would we be? Both beautiful and functional, our edible landscapes seek to be multifunctional and biodiverse - both traits of which are good design in a world of fluctuating climates and food insecurities. We are Permaculture Certificated and integrate the design principles of Permaculture into all our work. Michael co-instructs Permaculture Courses for the University of Vermont and the Cape Eleuthera Institute as well as being a regular guest speaker for the Yestermorrow Permaculture Course and Finca Bona Fide course on Isle Ometepe in Nicaragua.
